We like to keep things simple. Absolutely zero shipping costs on any products purchased through Green Thumb Depot over $200.

We charge:

Order Confirmation

• Once you have completed your order with us you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt and order number.
• Your order will be shipped within 3 working days.
• Once shipped out our delivery time is within 1-5 days. If the product hasn't arrived within 5 days, please contact us with the relevant tracking code and we will look into it.
• Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a shipment notification e-mail. This email contains all of the details of your order and a tracking number so you can easily track your shipments progress right up to your doorstep.
• In case you do not receive a shipping confirmation within four business days, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at info@greenthumbdepot.com

Important

It is imperative that you double and triple check your delivery information. Make sure to schedule your delivery at a time that you will be there.

Orders that fail delivery because of wrong address, or because the customer isn’t there at the delivery time are subject to re-delivery and restocking fees up to 25%

We do not offer moving services. Please make sure you have a helping hand for heavy and large items when the order arrives. Our drivers are not obligated to move the product into your home.

Damages

When you receive your item(s), please check it straight away to make sure that no damage has occurred during the delivery. If there is evidence of damage to either the packaging or the products inside, then do not agree to accept the package. You should take pictures using a smartphone or camera of any damages immediately in order for us to begin your return claim. For further instructions, please send photos of the damages to info@greenthumbdepot.com and then visit our returns page for more information on submitting a claim.

Where do we ship from?

To create an account, click on the "Sign Up" button and fill out the registration form with your details.Our products are shipped from factories all over the US. When you order with us we take a look at your location and ship from the quickest and most affordable option possible.

Product Never Arrived?

Contact us immediately if the product has not arrived within the expected delivery time.

Which couriers do we use?

We work with all major shipping companies and will always do our best to optimize your shipping experience.

Do we deliver worldwide?

Currently we only deliver to the United States.

Other Fee's

Although our office and mailing address are in Texas, we are a Nevada registered company. Because of this, we charge sales tax to all deliveries within Nevada.

Shipping Exceptions by Brand

We will ship the product out within 2-4 business days. Orders will be delivered in 5-11 business days from the date you place your order.

Across International

While we aim to do our best to always offer free shipping certain products and brands do require us to charge shipping because of the extremely heavy nature of the product. Shipping price will be based on the price of the product and the weight of the product.

Drip Hydro

Because of the extremely heavy and bulky weight of the larger variants we do have to add an additional shipping fee onto some of the Drip Hydro variants.

Bio Agricultural

Just like Drip Hydro, larger variants of Bio Agricultural products will incur an additional shipping fee due to their substantial weight and size.

Just Vertical

All Eve and Aeva orders are shipped out within 2-4 business days Delivery times are dependent on your proximity to the Just Vertical manufacturing facility in Ontario, Canada. Delivery times can vary between 5 business to 14 business days from the shipping date.
