No, only one trade-in unit can be used in conjunction with the upgrade program per purchase.
Yes, the press must be returned in good working condition and should not have excessive wear and tear.
If the press is returned in substandard condition, it may receive a decreased amount in upgrade credit.
No, the trade-in credit cannot be combined with other discounts.
You must make the new purchase of the Nugsmasher model first, and the value for the trade-in credit is based on the day we receive the trade-in unit. Then, you must ship back the trade-in unit and provide tracking to info@greenthumbdepot.com within 30 days from the date of your upgrade purchase.
Failure to return the trade-in unit within the specified 30-day window will result in a store credit for the 80% amount instead of reimbursement on the purchasing card.
For non-Nugsmasher brand presses, you are required to provide proof of receipt for disposal of your unit at a recycling or dump facility (ensure any rosin residue is removed) to receive store credit. Additionally, you must submit a video explaining why you're upgrading your machine to a Nugsmasher, which may be used by NugSmasher for advertising purposes.
