ID trays feature deep sidewalls and rounded drainage channels to accommodate large root systems and taller pots, while OD trays provide a precise footprint to fit tightly in grow tents or bench systems. Both tray types feature reinforced gusseted corners and efficient drainage systems for healthy plant growth and easy cleaning.

What's The Difference?
The difference between Outside Dimensions (OD) and Inside Dimensions (ID) is where the measurements are taken. OD trays are measured from the outer lip, giving a precise footprint for tight spaces, while ID trays are measured from the inside walls, maximizing internal growing area. In practice, OD trays are slightly smaller internally than ID trays of the same nominal size. This distinction helps growers plan layouts, benching, and tent placement accurately.
