How do I set up BLADE’s mowing area without perimeter wires?
Simply mount the small GNSS reference antenna (included) in your yard, then use the EcoFlow app to “walk” a virtual outline with your phone. The RTK/GNSS system records the limits in a few minutes and you can edit, link two lawns, or move the boundary later without relaying any wire.
What lawn size can BLADE cover on a single charge?
One full charge powers up to 240 min of mowing or sweeping—enough for roughly 0.25–0.5 acre (1,000–2,000 m²) depending on grass density and terrain. For larger lawns it automatically returns to the dock, recharges in about 130 min, and resumes where it left off.
How does X-Vision obstacle avoidance protect pets, toys, and flowerbeds?
BLADE fuses LiDAR, an HD camera, and ultrasonic sensors to create a 3-D map of anything in its path. It slows, reroutes within ≈2 cm of the original line, and never bumps solid objects taller than 5 cm—so pets, lawn décor, and your neighbor’s begonias stay safe.
Can it handle uneven ground, slopes, or small curbs?
Yes. The 20 cm omni-directional front wheels and high-torque drive let BLADE climb slopes up to 27 ° (≈51 %) and roll over vertical obstacles up to 40 mm (e.g., pavers or roots).
What cutting range does it offer?
The floating deck adjusts electronically from 20 mm to 76 mm (≈¾″–3″) with a 260 mm cutting width, so you can set a weekly trim or a seasonal scalp directly in the app.
Is it safe to leave outside in the rain?
BLADE is IPX5-rated for splashes and hose-down cleaning. A built-in rain sensor sends it back to the dock if precipitation starts, preventing turf damage and extending blade life.
What happens if someone tries to steal it?
A 4G eSIM and GPS module report real-time location in the EcoFlow app. If lifted, the mower stops, sounds an alarm, and locks itself; EcoFlow’s service team can also disable the unit remotely.
