The J&D Manufacturing CN5 Variable Fan Speed Controller provides smooth, precise manual speed control for compatible fans while reducing energy usage through full-wave phase control circuitry. Designed for shaded pole, PSC (Permanent Split Capacitor), and universal AC/DC motors, this controller is ideal for ventilation systems in greenhouses, grow rooms, barns, workshops, and industrial spaces.
With a maximum load rating of 5 amps at 120 volts, the CN5 is suitable for medium-sized fans and multi-fan setups, as long as the total combined amp draw does not exceed 5 amps. Its built-in ON/OFF switch, minimum speed trimpot, and integrated RFI/EMI noise suppression provide smooth, efficient operation in a durable, flame-retardant ABS enclosure.
