The PurePressure Longs Peak is a commercial pneumatic press engineered for high-volume solventless heat-press extraction from botanical material. Its oil-less, maintenance-free pneumatic cylinder delivers up to 8 tons of pressing force without manual pressure application.

The system uses two 10" x 3" premium 6061 aluminum heat plate assemblies with independent thermocouples and digital temperature control from 0°F to 300°F. The press is specified for loads of up to 35 grams of botanical material or up to 70 grams of sift or hash per cycle. The 130 lb equipment platform also includes an adjustable tilt position, required air compressor connection, and 1100W electrical power.
